Refund Policy
1. General Policy
At PandaxLabx, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund provisions.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Material Defects: If the delivered work contains significant defects that cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, a partial or full refund may be issued.
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund minus any administrative fees (maximum 10% of the total amount).
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Services that have been substantially completed and delivered
- Third-party costs already incurred (domain registrations, hosting fees, software licenses)
- Work completed according to specifications that was later rejected without valid technical justification
- Consulting and advisory services already rendered
4. Refund Process

- Invoice or contract reference number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Supporting documentation if applicable
We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may seek mediation through the Romanian Consumer Protection Authority or pursue legal remedies in accordance with applicable Romanian and EU consumer protection laws.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by PandaxLabx, located at 515600 | Str. Raul Mic nr. 17 | Ors. Cugir, Jud. Alba | Romania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
PandaxLabx provides web development, digital infrastructure, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
- Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 0.05% per day.
- Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work transfer to the client. PandaxLabx retains rights to:
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development
- General knowledge and expertise gained during the project
- Right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.
6. Limitation of Liability
PandaxLabx's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Immediate termination may be effected in cases of material breach.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alba County, Romania.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
